Yah, I love the added perspective of seeing this new life (and the new life it calls in me). It’s each year in this urban-meets-rural neighborhood in which I live. Yesterday was the first sighting for me of this mare / colt. I leaned on the fence for a good 15 minutes enjoying. And, with clarity, sometimes leaning on the fence for perspective is one of the most wise actions of hosting conceivable. Joy.
