It’s a favorite and central focus for me — being better humans. I love it as invitation to get beyond the initial surface conversations when working with groups. I love the shift it creates from what can so often be defaulted “tasks of doing” to more exploratory “wonders of being.” And I love connecting that exploring energy back to revised imagination of doing / practice.
I recently got to be in a recorded / podcast conversation about being human with friend Libby Smith and two of her colleagues. I loved their sense of curiosity together and the wisdom that they bring / curate. The podcast is called Radical ReImagining. These folks are evaluators and educators by profession. It was fun to explore and follow a few inspirations.
