When I’m in very full stretches, I find I need a stilling kind of reminder. A bit of simplified centering. That helps me live in the intersections and in the integrations.
So, these words, to remember all of that.
All there is
is to live.
All there is
is to do one’s best
to make sense of experience,
and, if living some combination
of thoughtful and lucky,
to metabolize that experience
to story
and to principles to live by.
All there is
is to live.
All there is
is to welcome joy
and beauty
to lead the way.
All there is
is to live.
All there is to learn
to accept
one’s own adventure,
without apology,
and to contribute
just a bit
to others discovering
their conscious lives.
It is a surrender
not found in words.
It is a discipline and practice
that continues to teach me.
