Shades of Life next gathers September 10th, 8:00 – 9:15 am Mountain Time (7:00 PT, 10:00 ET, 4:00 CET). Our focus will be Shifting Narratives, Changing Lives. It’s a bit of recognition of dominant narratives and what to do with those when they start limiting choices. Registration is required. No fee to participate — just your desire to be together in exploring this topic. Expect a simple beginning of context. Some interaction together. Some listening. Some learning. Some joy. What’s The Background For This?
A year ago, Kathy Jourdain, Jerry Nagel, and I began recording our shared monthly zoom calls. We explored needed friendship and colleagueship. We explored topics that ranged from facilitation essentials to deep matters of personal well-being. We called those calls Shades of Life. These were topics important from both our shared and from our different interests and perspectives — our shades of life. Fun. Fruitful. Check them out here.
Well, now we are evolving and expanding those conversations. Our next experiment is to invite more people to jump in. For lightly but deliberately held space to learn, to play, and to be curious about topics of real need and timely relevance. Kathy, Jerry, and I know the importance of well-held, yet simple formats. To help people respond to the needs of the day, and to respond to the needs of the longer arc of heart. We offer that.
