On Happiness

Yup.

From Zhuangzi, and Daoist tradition.

“Happiness is the absence of the striving for happiness.”

It speaks to me to welcoming what already is.

It speaks to me to the practice of seeing what already is.

It speaks to me of kind orientation with self and with other.

It speaks to me of loving and being loved.

It speaks to me of welcoming, and joyfully giving, to what already is.
