Welcome everyone.
What if the process of conversation was the most simple way to support healthy, thriving, learning-filled, systems? In work, in community?

I work in partnership with clients, colleagues, friends, family, and community to integrate learning and action of self, team, and community. A few of my current partnerships include: The Berkana Institute, where I am helping to co-create more availability of the hosting pattern through client systems and open enrollment trainings; The Salt Lake Center for Engaging Community, where I support and design local dialogues on living in healthy community; and formerly, The Dyer Institute for Leading Organizational Change, where I worked with university students, faculty, and managers on practices of change.
As a way of deepening my learning and how it applies to helping groups, in 2011 giving much attention to two areas of study, training, and practice: 1) shifting consciousness from a quantum view, and 2) accessing intuitive intelligence. For the former, I have long had the desire to support change at a consciousness level. It has long been my practice to support change from a framework of the new sciences. It feels essential given the scale of complexity that we currently live in. For the latter, one of my teachers has shared with me that the best form of control is to take away intuition. What rings true for me in particular is the vastness of unlearning that is needed to begin to access more comprehensive and expanded levels of insight and knowing.
Please enjoy looking around. I use blog posts as a form of learning and harvesting as often as I can. I use Twitter and Facebook to share occasional snippets. Please feel free to reach me about the ideas that may spark in you, and to join the journey.
